I am Crystalina Mary — a woman who has walked through reinvention, listened deeply to her own becoming, and chosen to trust the quiet intelligence within. My work was not born from theory alone, but from life itself — from learning to soften, to feel, to rebuild, and to rise again.
I believe healing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about remembering who we were before we began to doubt.
