Expression of a Calling

Divinità Spa was created to offer women something many of us go too long without: genuine rest, deep nurture, and the space to reconnect with our bodies and hearts.

Founder Crystal Lozinski brings years of lived experience and training in somatic healing, vibrational therapy, and women’s wellness into a space designed to reconnect you with yourself.

Her signature service—the Nurture Bath—was inspired by two moments that left a lasting imprint on her heart: the tender experience of bathing her loved ones during times of illness, and the unexpected healing she received while being gently washed with care and dignity during a healing retreat in Bali. That moment reminded her what it means to feel safe, held, and human again.

We believe that touch, ritual, and reverence are sacred.

Each offering at Divinita Spa is created to help you soften, release, and remember the wisdom of your body.

Whether you are moving through transition, recovery, or simply seeking restoration, this is a space for deep exhale.

With warmth, intention, and grace, Divinita Spa invites you to return to yourself—one breath, one soak, one sacred moment at a time.

The offerings at Divinità Spa are sacred, somatic, and spiritual in nature — designed to support your inner journey, not to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. These experiences are not a substitute for professional care. By entering this space, you honour  your own sovereignty and well-being.

Science Meets Spirituality

🧠 The Science of Somatics

A return to wholeness through sensation, presence, and the wisdom of the body.

The word somatic comes from the Greek soma, meaning “the living body in its wholeness.” Somatic healing is an embodied approach that views the body not as something to be fixed, but as a wise and sensing vessel that holds the imprints of our life experiences.

Somatic is the art of listening to the body as a living, sensing whole. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, founder of Somatic Experiencing, this approach supports the release of stress and trauma stored in the nervous system — not through story, but through sensation.

By gently tracking the felt sense, using breath, presence, and safe touch, we help the body complete survival responses and return to regulation. This work honours the body’s wisdom and supports a shift from fight-or-flight into states of rest, connection, and deep healing — through softness, not force.

🎶 Vibrational Therapy & Tuning Forks

For centuries, sound has been used as sacred medicine — from the healing chants of Egyptian priestesses, Vedic mantra. Similar practices were found across cultures — from the Tibetan singing bowls of the Himalayas to mantra chanting in Vedic India and early Christian monastic hymns designed to heal the soul.

These traditions understood what science is now affirming: everything is frequency — including our thoughts, tissues, and emotions.

At Divinità Spa, we use tuning forks, precision instruments that emit pure sound waves. When placed near the body or energy centres, they gently restore balance, ease tension, and awaken the parasympathetic nervous system — supporting deep rest, presence, and repair.

Because the body is over 70% water, vibration travels deeply — touching the soul beneath the skin.
This work is supported by Biofield Science, which explores how sound and subtle energy influence emotional and physiological health.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Meditation, Grounding & Ancient Roots

Meditation and grounding are not just spiritual tools — they are nervous system interventions. By consciously directing breath, attention, and stillness inward, we activate the parasympathetic system and allow the body to move out of survival states.

Grounding practices — like slow movement, barefoot contact with the Earth, or mindful presence — recalibrate the body’s internal compass. These tools are central to ancient traditions across cultures, from Roman and Greek bathing rituals to Indigenous earth-based ceremonies, to early Christian contemplative prayer.

🌿 A Return to Sacred Embodiment

We believe healing is not something that happens to you — it’s something you reclaim through presence, permission, and spiritual remembrance. Each offering at Divinità Spa — from the Nurture Bath, Somatic touch therapy to tuning fork therapy — is a gentle portal back to your wholeness.

This is where science and soul meet.
This is a soft revolution.
This is a return to your body — like a prayer.

🕊 Sacred Listening & Holding Space

At Divinità Spa, we practice the art of sacred listening — the kind that goes beyond words, into presence. To hold space is to offer a sanctuary where your body is not judged, your emotions are not rushed, and your spirit is gently welcomed home.

In this sacred container, you are invited to be seen, heard, and witnessed in your wholeness — not as something to be fixed, but as someone to be felt. We listen with our hands, our breath, our stillness. This is where true healing begins — in the quiet places where your story is met with softness and your being is honoured in full.

💧 The Science of Softening

Warm water soothes the vagus nerve, helping the body shift from stress into states of rest, repair, and connection. Combined with somatic touch, breath awareness, and vibrational sound therapy, the Nurture Bath supports emotional regulation and nervous system healing.

Because the body is mostly water, it responds deeply to frequency — making sound and sensation powerful tools for restoring balance and inner calm.

Spiritual Philosophy

In ancient times, water was revered as a carrier of memory, spirit, and rebirth. From the baths of Roman goddesses to sacred Christian immersions, water has always been a threshold — a portal between the old self and the becoming.

The Nurture Bath carries this lineage as a blessing in motion. Each element — the anointing oils, the sacred silence, the sound vibration, the intentional touch — becomes a prayer for your body. A remembrance that you are holy, whole, and held.

This is not self-care — it is soul care.
A softening.
A spiritual return to the body as temple.

🕊 Jung on Depression & the Soul

Carl Jung believed that depression is not just a mental illness, but often a spiritual crisis — a sign that the soul is longing for deeper connection, meaning, and embodiment.

“The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.”
“People don’t get cured, they awaken.”

He taught that true healing requires more than fixing symptoms — it calls for a spiritual experience that brings us back into wholeness.

At Divinità Spa, we hold space for that return — through ritual, presence, and softness that invites the soul to speak and the body to remember.
